•Built and led the internal content team for UMe - UMG’s catalog label, responsible for creating all-new visual content for UMG legacy artists (Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra, Guns and Roses, ABBA, Marvin Gaye, and more.)
• Responsible for commissioning all-new visual IP across the entire catalog, working with hundreds of external creatives.
• Delivered over 5000 pieces of premium music video content across 100s of artists, growing content revenue by over 300% annually.
• Worked with A&R, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop and deliver custom content campaigns servicing all major DSPs, driving overall artist revenue growth by 30% YoY.
• Developed and implemented content delivery guidelines to allow for the reuse of assets to power advertising and marketing campaigns, resulting in multi-million dollar savings.
• Collaborated with the central video services team to productize visualizer and lyric videos, increasing content deliveries by over 10x within 3 months.
• Established a creative network of external creators and production studios to collaborate with and develop award-winning content.
• Our original content has received 3 Webby Awards wins, 10+ Webby Awards nominations and two Clio wins.
